This role is crucial for ensuring the health and productivity of our dairy herd while maintaining the highest standards of milk quality. As a Milker, you will be responsible for performing milking operations efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of the dairy farm.

Responsibilities

• Perform milking procedures efficiently and hygienically according to farm standards.
• Prepare cows for milking (cleaning, checking for mastitis, attaching milking units).
• Monitor milk quality and report abnormalities such as color, texture, or udder issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all milking equipment and parlors after each session.
• Assist in feeding, moving, and caring for cows when needed.
