Mid-Market SaaS AE — Equity Eligible

Motive is seeking a Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive new business with U.S. companies operating 50–174 trucks. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, acting as a hunter to articulate our value and win key stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to hit quotas, demo, and close deals. Compensation ranges from $142,000 to $197,000 OTE plus uncapped commissions and equity.
