Key Responsibilities:
• Safeguard and grow accounts through rigorous renewal conversations
• Engage clients in pricing migration discussions
• Promote multi-module adoption with the Workleap Agent
• Identify and resolve churn risks promptly
• Keep HubSpot pipeline accurate and up-to-date
