What you'll do:

• Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX, UI and end‑ to ‑ end customer journeys
• Manage and de‑escalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Support the day ‑ to ‑ day running of the team, ensuring high‑quality delivery outputs
• Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you
