Micro Lab Leader (Ciudad Juárez)

Micro Lab Leader provides supervision and guidance for Quality Assurance laboratory personnel, ensuring procedures are followed and records maintained.

Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and document training of assigned personnel in accordance with quality procedures and quality‑related activities.
• Ensure compliance with retention of records for testing completed.
• Maintain awareness of quality conformance for direct personnel records and personal observations; initiate corrective action when conformance to requirements is lacking.
• Participate with support for testing related to project tasks as required.
• Promote a safe work environment; recommend and maintain workplace safety, follow safety procedures, participate in Environment Health and Safety (EH&S) programs, and initiate corrective action when hazards are identified.
• Escalate all observed laboratory hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
