Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineering (QE) Manager to lead a newly established QE team in India supporting Disney’s Commerce platforms, including Tickets and Lodging systems. This role will be responsible for managing a team of QE engineers while driving high-quality delivery across both project and sustainment initiatives.
The QE Manager will play a critical role in advancing modern quality engineering practices , including shift-left testing, automation, and AI-enabled testing capabilities. This leader will collaborate closely with global QE, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Release Management teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
