The primary purpose of this role is to lead the execution of Lowe's military recruiting programs and serve as a strategic partner in attracting military and veteran talent across Stores, Supply Chain, Store Support Centers (SSC), and corporate functions. This role manages military recruiting initiatives, oversees key military talent pipelines and programs, including the Department of Defense SkillBridge Fellowship Program, and represents Lowe's at external military recruiting events.
