Mexico Payroll & SAP Optimization Analyst

Schneider Electric in Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst - Payroll & Continuous Improvement (SAP) to join our payroll operations. The role focuses on accurate Mexico payroll processing, inline with SAP, supporting a vendor implementation and LATAM expansion efforts.

You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and Controls to stabilize and optimize payroll across LATAM over time.
