Mexico City Fintech Compliance Lead — AML/KYC

Mantis Venture Capital is seeking a Compliance Officer in Mexico City, responsible for managing the operational compliance function. This includes handling regulatory filings with CNBV, SAT, and Banxico, and ensuring the integrity of the AML/KYC program.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintech, strong Spanish communication skills, and a demonstrated record in compliance management.
