Mexico Carrier Success Specialist

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Carrier Success Representative to deliver premier carrier support as we expand across North America and Mexico. You will assist a carrier network with tracking, scheduling, and bookings, while growing their book of business.

This role requires 6+ months experience in carrier support, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication. Work hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 Mexico Central Time, within our Guadalajara office.
