Responsibilities

• Install and repair exterior cladding materials on buildings and structures
• Measure, cut, and shape cladding materials to fit specific dimensions
• Fasten cladding panels to building surfaces using hand tools and power tools
• Apply caulking or sealant to ensure weatherproofing and insulation
• Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a maintenance person, carpenter, or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
