QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE BTech or BEng Degree in Metallurgical Engineering Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a processing plant environment Experience in Chrome essential Experience with spiral plant essential Experience with plant operations essential Sound knowledge of metallurgical processes and plant optimisation Computer literate (MS Office and metallurgical systems) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Medically fit to work in a mining environment Valid driver’s license   KEY COMPETENCIES Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making Ability to work independently and within a team Good planning and organisational skills High level of accountability and integrity Ability to perform under pressure in a production environment
