MEP Coordinator

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Building Physics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical systems for high-rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations and standards for high-rise mechanical installations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Kelapa Gading.

Jobdescription:

• Coordinate with internal design teams, MEP consultants, and MEP vendors.
• Oversee and monitor the progress and schedules of MEP design development.
• Review and inspect MEP drawings to ensure compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
