Duties:
Supervise and assistant residents with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, meal planning, budgeting and grocery shopping.Teach and monitor safety protocols and ensure that the facility is clean and safe.Provide accurate and detailed feedback regarding on-site visits by applicants to the program.Monitor resident medication protocol, and continually educate and encourage each resident to establish healthy habits regarding their medications.Monitor resident behaviour and apply appropriate crisis intervention and conflict resolution techniques as necessary.Work with multi-disciplinary team to develop appropriate goals and plans for each resident, including continued to monitoring of the plan’s effectiveness and resident’s progress.Plan, encourage and monitor individual resident’s participation in education, support and social programs and events within the community.Provide appropriate fe...
