Mental Health Patient Care Coordinator

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to coordinate medical care, act as a point of contact for patients and psychiatric clinicians, and ensure quality customer service for both in-person and remote patients.

Compensation starts at $22.75 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm, located at 66 Club Road Suite 210 Eugene, OR 97401. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement matching.
