Within the context of a client and family centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, vision and values of the organization the Mental Health Clinician performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments with adults experiencing psychosis or those who are a risk of developing psychosis. Coordinates care for clients and implements therapeutic interventions. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to determine priority and best of approach to care.
