An opportunity has arisen to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within our Integrated Mental Health Teams based in Burton on Trent.

The Integrated Mental Health Team is an innovative secondary care community team that is guided by multidisciplinary collective leadership, providing evidence-based psychological, occupational and medical interventions to patients with a wide range of complex mental health needs.

The patient's journey is guided by psychological formulation of his or her presenting needs and difficulties, which subsequently inform the development of a plan of care for the patient.
