Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Process over the counter financial services efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, foreign and domestic exchange calculations, and cheque cashing.
  • Balance ATMs, night deposits and the cash drawer daily.
  • Resolve routine member account issues and deposit instrument problems.
  • Adhere to security procedures, safeguarding cash, negotiable items, and preventing fraud.
  • Meet balancing, un‑located outages, high‑risk error, and daily audit targets.
  • Respond to member inquiries in person, on the phone, and via email.
