- Review and underwrite new, renewal, and endorsement applications for individual and group international private medical insurance policies.
- Manage complex cases from start to finish, including handling requests for additional information and escalations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of medical histories, pre-existing conditions, and supporting documentation to facilitate informed risk decisions.
- Analyse and interpret medical reports, test results, and physician statements to ensure accurate underwriting outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous underwriting records and documentation while strictly complying with data protection regulations.
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets to ensure timely responses and enhance customer satisfaction.
