Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The MEPS play a vital role in maintaining the nation's military might by ensuring that each new member of the Armed Forces meets the high mental, moral & medical standards required by the DoD and military services. This will be filled on a permanent basis. Responsibilities Maintain applicant's medical records during the examination process. Manage medical consultations to include verifying doctor's orders. In-process applicants, verify identity using previously captured biometrics (digital fingerprints and photographs).
