Opportunity Description
Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage front desk and reception functions
- Coordinate and manage the doctor's diary and appointment schedules
- Answer incoming calls and attend to patient enquiries
- Create and maintain patient files and records
- Provide administrative support to the doctor
- Order and manage practice supplies and consumables
- Maintain efficient office systems and workflows
- Ensure a high standard of patient service and experience
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient, doctor, and practice information
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and healthcare stakeholders as required
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and professional at all times
- Assist with general practice administration and day-to-day operations
Qualification and Requirements:
