Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing.
- Prepare and process samples, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Perform, interpret, and release results while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Identify incidents and non‑conformities, help develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new technology.
- Participate in problem‑solving related to work organization and workflow.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
