Medical Inventory Associate

The International Inventory Integrity & Compliance Analyst serves as the vital strategic link and operational watchdog between US and Mexico corporate leadership (AE) and international Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners.
Split between on-site warehouse governance (60%) and corporate financial reporting (40%), this role ensures absolute inventory accuracy, mitigates financial revenue shrinkage, and maintains strict adherence to international tax and SOX compliance.
Department: Inventory Integrity / Finance Location: On-Site (60%) Distribution Center; Corporate (40%) Language Requirement: 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities: 3PL Governance & Operations (60% On-Site Presence) On-Site Auditing: Maintain a minimum 60% physical presence at international 3PL locations to enforce Inventory Integrity standards, audit receipt/shipping processes, and supervise cycle counts.
