Medical Front Desk & Billing Specialist

Baptist Health is seeking an office representative for the Arkansas Pulmonary Clinic. The role involves greeting patients, checking them in, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records with accuracy. You will also check patients out, collect payments, and handle related duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and basic typing ability (35–40 wpm). Clinic experience is preferred.
