Opportunity Description

This position includes a sign on bonus for eligible new employees joining Seattle Children's.

Serves as a designated clinic coordinator in outpatient Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, supporting efficient clinic flow and ensuring patient rooms remain on schedule. Assists with clinical operations, including administering vaccinations, managing medications, and performing back-office duties to support overall patient care and clinic efficiency.

**Required Education/Experience:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

**Required Credentials:**

Current Medical Assistant Certified or interim certified designation by Washington Department of Health (DOH).

Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).

**Preferred:**

Current Certification as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).

Medical Assistant or medical office experience.
