• Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Fit, align, and test mechanical components and systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery (e.g., grinders, lathes, drills).
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and quality standards.
• Replace defective parts such as bearings, gears, shafts, and seals.
• Perform mechanical repairs on truck engines, transmissions, suspensions, and hydraulics .
