You will develop complete mechanical designs, including plans, schematics, equipment selection, load calculations, system narratives, specifications, and layouts, while supporting due diligence and feasibility efforts. The position involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary design team, regular interaction with project consultants, and occasional out-of-state travel for site visits. You will use AutoCAD and BIM/Revit modeling tools extensively and play a key role in construction administration and adherence to established standards and procedures.
