M&E Renovation Project Lead

HR FOCUS is seeking a qualified candidate to manage M&E works for commercial renovation projects located on Old Toh Tuck Road (Jurong). Responsibilities include planning, designing, and managing M&E systems while preparing tender drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate should have experience in M&E or construction projects and be able to handle contract administration effectively. Standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.
