Elevate health and safety standards with Mattamy Homes as a Safety Manager located in Mississauga, Ontario, with travel to GTA sites. You'll develop and implement health and safety programs to protect workers and the public.
As a permanent, full-time member reporting to the Health & Safety Director, you'll oversee the effective application of safety protocols across construction and warranty sites. Your role includes monitoring site activities, conducting audits, and educating teams about safety best practices. Additionally, you'll manage investigations into all safety incidents, ensuring prompt reporting and resolution, while liaising with regulatory authorities.
