ABOUT THE POSITION
>
Follow the brand/company direction to provide the seasonal forecast report and strategy to raw material suppliers (fabric) each season. To manage both SMS and bulk order on time delivery performance (OTP) with Raw Materials Partners (RMPs). Be a bridge between the cross functional teams, internal and external partners to solve the issues and shorten order delay days. For this position, he/she is responsible for the project of “Seasonal Excess Management.
To manage RMP's on-time delivery from forecast, production planning, capacity management, quality and problem solving until the order delivers on time to FGPs (finished goods partners). Provide regular evaluations of RMP's performance (KPI). After shipment, when facing the defect or complaints from FGPs, to be a bridge between PLO (Production Liaison office) /Quality Team an...
