Agilus by Synergie is seeking a Material Coordinator in Calgary to support the oil and gas industry. This office-based role ensures timely delivery of project materials to meet project schedules.
Reporting to the Manager of Material Coordination, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Your expertise will be crucial in scheduling material orders, reviewing technical drawings and Bills of Material (BOM), and coordinating design deliverables. This position is designed for someone with a strong background in project materials management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Incorporate material lead times to develop order schedules
• Review technical drawings with detail orientation
• Collaborate with Project Engineer on BOM reviews
• Coordinate RFQs and awards according to materials schedule
• Liaise with warehouse team for inventory management
