Mass Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a thoughtful and driven Mass Recruitment Consultant to join our consulting team in Jakarta.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring challenges, help shape meaningful talent solutions, and guide junior teammates as we deliver on large-scale recruitment projects together.

What You’ll Do

• Deeply understand client talent requirements and pitch high-impact, tailored recruitment proposals directly to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Guide and upskill junior consultants, ensuring every solution, shortlist, and proposal meets strategic and quality standards.
• Crunch large datasets to track funnel conversion, candidate pipelines, and project delivery metrics—turning raw data into actionable client insights.
• Oversee project budgets, track financial targets, and ensure healthy profit margins across all assigned accounts.
