This role focuses on developing and translating strategic initiatives into customer facing deployments, always focused on optimizing the customer experience and driving business growth with our reachable customers. • Leading the development team from the front of the charge, upholding technical best practices with a heart for the team
• Working cross functionally to understand stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for your team and others via tech briefs, business requirement documents, or epics/user stories
• Sharing MarTech platform expertise by spreading knowledge of current and potential future features to empower the best in customer experiences
