Marmot Basin, 1 Marmot Rd, Jasper, AB. Seasonal, Full-time. Shift and schedule: Weekends as needed, Holidays. Reports To: Snowfarming Lead Hand.

Position Overview

Snowfarmer – General Labourers work as part of the Safety Operations team. Responsible for setting up and maintaining all Snowfarming fences and apparatus, performing trail maintenance, aiding with hazard marking, transport and pack first aid equipment, and performing any general labour as required. Report any issues to the Snowfarming Lead Hand or a safety operations supervisor. Ensure that all daily Snowfarming duties are completed efficiently and work is documented.

Incumbent will work outside all day, every day, sometimes in adverse or extreme weather conditions. Employees are responsible for providing the following tools: skis/snowboard, ski/snowboard boots, appropriate clothing layers for the weather, black ski pants as well as other sundry items.
