Role Overview

Arup’s Marketing, Communications, and Business Development (MCBD) team supports the company’s reputation, client relationships, and business growth. The Marketing Winning Work Specialist – Property will strengthen MCBD function in the Canada – Property region by providing operational and technical support across the pursuit and bid lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Bid Directors and Bid Managers to leverage global experience in all stages of the pursuit process.
• Support pursuit strategy, resourcing, and bid prioritisation, balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and probability of win.
• Coordinate bid processes, ensuring compliance, quality, and compelling client‑focused submissions.
• Guide development, liaising with technical teams, schedulers, project managers and other contributors for timely receipt of information needed to meet internal and external deadlines.
