Key Responsibilities

• Curate and help tune a best-in-class marketing automation system that provides a 360‑view of customers and partners.
• Develop, maintain and contribute to data governance practices, including cleansing databases so records sync between systems.
• Execute campaigns: create nurture programs, email, landing pages, templates, web form templates, and conduct A/B testing at a global level.
• Perform and optimize marketing operations maintenance tasks, such as reactivating campaigns and improving operating policies.
• Implement and manage operational requirements for global communication governance and the communication process/calendar.
