- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for low-rise and multi‑storey projects, aligned to business objectives and sales targets
- Support go-to‑market strategies, including positioning, branding, pricing support, and launch sequencing
- Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with traffic generation and conversion goals
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and community launch schedules
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, email, and on‑site channels
