Understanding of different metal components, materials, and manufacturing processes (casting, forging, machining, etc.) Knowledge of product specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements (ISO). Awareness of customer requirements in sectors like automotive, aerospace, construction, and heavy engineering. Identifying and targeting potential international buyers and distributors. Cold calling, emailing, and direct outreach to importers, OEMs, and wholesalers. Negotiating prices, payment terms, and contracts with global clients. Understanding of export procedures, documentation, and trade regulations. Familiarity with Incoterms, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics.
