We are hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the next stage of our growth. In 2026, a CPG brand has to operate like a media company — great product is the price of entry, and what separates brands that scale from brands that stall is story, distribution, and a team that treats every channel as one connected system. This is a builder’s seat, not a figurehead one. You will own full-funnel, omni-channel growth end to end — brand and performance, content and conversion, local activation and digital amplification. You will lead a talented team and have a full AI toolkit at your disposal. This role carries a clear, accelerated path to Chief Marketing Officer for the right person.
