Marketing, Client Development & Events Coordinator

Marketing, Client Development & Events Coordinator is a junior position responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Vancouver Client Development team, working closely with the Client Development Specialist and Client Development Director. This role supports marketing, business development and event initiatives for the Vancouver office, helping ensure programs, communications and client-facing activities are delivered smoothly, professionally and in alignment with firm standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking the Vancouver office’s business development initiatives, including maintaining lists, calendars and project trackers for key dates, deadlines and related details.
