Job Summary

Lead and oversee commercial banking operations, including business lending, deposit growth, treasury services, and customer relationship management. Supervise and develop commercial banking staff, provide coaching and performance management, and support recruitment and hiring efforts. Establish and communicate strategic goals, monitor key performance indicators, and drive sales, marketing, and portfolio growth initiatives. Manage commercial loan origination, underwriting coordination, credit compliance, and relationship expansion activities. Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, maintain client and prospect pipelines, and represent the organization through community and professional involvement.
