- Engage with growers, packhouses and exporters
- Identify and manage market access issues
- Oversight of market access systems and technical workplans
- Represent and advocate for the industry in forums and discussions

- Experience in horticulture or a related primary sector-based industry
- Strong relationship management capability
- Sound understanding of regulatory environments
- Ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
