Our Security Guards are offered employment in a dynamic role in one of the most unique work environments that BC Ferries has to offer. This customer-facing role has the crucial responsibility of making our passengers feel safe and secure as they travel from coast to coast.

The Day to Day:

• Ensure the safety and security of onboard vessels
• Monitoring for suspicious activity through static patrols to ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets
• Responding to incidents, including disturbance, safety concerns and emergencies, while following established procedures and use‑of‑force guidelines where applicable.
