Working Pattern & Earning Potential:
This role operates on a rota basis including day shifts (06:00–18:00) and night shifts (18:00–06:00), with core working hours and on call periods.
In addition to the base hourly rate, there is strong additional earning potential:
* £20.00 per hour for work carried out whilst off duty
* Per-mooring payments depending on experience level:
* £55 per mooring/unmooring (Trainee)
* £90 per mooring/unmooring (Certified Operative)
* £110 per mooring/unmooring (Team Leader)
* Mileage claims available for eligible off-duty travel (up to 26 miles one way)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and assist with the maintenance of marine craft used in port operations
• Support vessel arrivals and departures, including mooring and unmooring activities
