Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate crew changes and vessel manning activities.
- Ensure vessels are staffed with qualified, certified, and medically fit personnel.
- Maintain compliance with flag state, customer, and company requirements.
- Manage and update crew data and documentation within our systems.
- Monitor crew budgets and support cost control activities.
- Follow up on seafarer feedback and contribute to initiatives that improve crew welfare and engagement.
