Wilson is looking for a new Marine Engineer that will primarily work for the Project department in Bergen. Travelling must be expected. Main tasks Calculate and create LSD (lashing, securing, dunnage) plans Stability calculations Design and drafting of complex loading and discharging plans Assist in loading operations (as port captain) Dialogue with vessels, clients, class and statutory bodies in the design process Participate in pre-loading meetings with clients Qualifications Relevant experience related to maritime operations Technical or nautical education Masters or PhD degree in Structural design/ Naval Architecture/ Ocean Engineering or similar Personal characteristics Professionally skilled, curious and engaged Excellent analytical and communication skills A commercial mindset Ability to work independently and in a team Wilson offers Interesting and challenging tasks in...
