Job Purpose

Achieve results through the action of others by supervising and coordinating the activities of Associates who are involved in the production within their departments.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Executes the production plan through effective use of Associates and equipment.
• Develop and implement improvement plans for Safety (JHSC Inspection Report), quality and productivity (recommend labour needs).
• Promotes and maintains 5S methodology and ISO-9001 procedures.
• Understands the importance of a positive working environment.
• Communicates, supports and implements the policies and procedures of the Company through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
