Manufacturing Operations Supervisor Sr.

Responsible for planning, organizing, integrating, directing, controlling, and providing feedback on the operations of the production , Maintenance , Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas, ensuring compliance with production plans, with efficient resource management, and within established production and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with industrial quality and safety requirements in the manufacturing and packaging of products.

• Maintain fluid interdepartmental communication to report on production progress, products, and quantities manufactured, and propose improvements as needed, thereby improving product quality, production times, and reducing costs.
• Ensure, in collaboration with the heads of the Safety, HR, and Quality Assurance departments, that initial and ongoing training is provided to production staff.
• Submit reports on production times and quantities, working hours, and efficiency to Plant Manager.
