Manufacturing CI Director: 3–5 Year Improvement Roadmap

The LEGO Group seeks a Continuous Improvement Director for Americas Manufacturing, based at the Monterrey site. This executive leads the local CI team, shapes the 3- to 5-year CI roadmap, and aligns it with global strategy to improve operational performance and P&L.

You will coach senior leaders, drive Gemba engagement, Kaizen events, and governance across projects, networks, and benchmarks, sustaining a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
