Manufacturing Associate - Threaded Rods

General Description

Manufacturing Associates support the daily operations of our production area by operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. In this role, you will work primarily on the Threaded Rod cell and U‑bolt bending equipment, contributing directly to meeting daily production targets. As you progress, you will have opportunities to develop new competencies and become cross‑trained across multiple production lines to support business needs. We provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training, and we are proud of our strong safety culture, our facility is COR‑certified.
